That’s what Greg told me to do while we were at a park in Montreal this past weekend. Why don’t we seek out happiness more often? I think we spend so much time worrying about how much we have to get done that we simply don’t make the time to enjoy some time under the sun or go play in the rain or even do something as simple as walking barefoot through a grassy field.
