Cold Brewed Coffee: What you need to know

3-4 oz coffee (by volume), 8 oz water - throw it in a mason jar, seal the lid, and shake it up. Let it sit on your counter for the next 8-12 hours.  Strain out all the solids through a coffee filter.  Water it down on a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio of coffee concentrate to cold or hot water/milk/poison.  Do not add sugar.  Muck about the coffee - water and concentrate until you have it where you like it.

It’s delicious, not bitter in the slightest, not acidic at all, and ridiculously strong.

1-2 hours later:  ZZzzooooOOoooooOOOooooom!!!!!
